On multiple occasions I have had clients which end up with a half-installed version of Officescan. The folks at Trend Micro make a pretty nice Anti-virus tool, but like other Anti-virus vendors, they do not provide a good means of uninstalling the client. One to disable the services (as it doesn't allow you to actually stop the services outright) and the second to very the services are no longer running prior to ripping everything out (basically, a separation of scripts to ensure a reboot in the middle, so the disabled scripts don't start back up). NTRmv.exe is the GUI uninstall program that can be executed from the start menu, however I do have to type in a password at the GUI interface for removal. I would like to be able to hit remote sites using SMS remote execute for a silent uninstall of the Trend OfficeScan software.
